Ms. McLeod is the newest member of The Litigation Boutique and is licensed to practice law in Colorado. She has experience in employment law and previous experience in domestic law.
Ms. McLeod represents clients in connection with charges of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII, the ADA, and ADEA, claims based on the Colorado Wage Claim Act, and claims of wrongful discharge in violation of public policy.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. McLeod worked in the oil and gas industry as a land technician. During law school, Ms. McLeod participated in the Environmental Law Clinic on the oil and gas team assisting members of marginalized communities against oil and gas companies and the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission (“COGCC”). In addition, she assisted with drafting the new COGCC rules in connection with SB-181.
Ms. McLeod was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Karen Brody in Denver District Court.
Ms. McLeod earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing at the University of Colorado and earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
