Morgan Pullam represents and advises clients in employment matters involving charges of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA; claims based on the Colorado Wage Claim Act; and claims of wrongful discharge in violation of public policy.
Ms. Pullam is an experienced litigator. She started her career as a public defender, where she represented hundreds of clients and litigated over 35 trials. In addition to her talent for persuading a jury, she is also an adept negotiator, having secured numerous favorable outcomes for her clients.
Ms. Pullam earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as an associate editor on the University of Colorado Law Review and a member of the national mock trial team.
